Are your classes designed for beginners?
Yes, our classes are tailored for beginners up to more experienced Martial Artists. Everyone has to start somewhere and Unite is a great place to begin your Martial Arts journey. We know it can be daunting trying something for the first time or walking into a new gym environment but we are sure you will feel very welcomed due to our friendly and relaxed vibe.
Can Females do your classes?
We are dedicated to providing everyone with the opportunity to learn martial arts in a safe and inclusive environment. Ladies and girls can participate in all our classes. Our mission is to help you reach your goals and have fun while doing it.
What do I need to bring?
To every class you will need a Drink Bottle, Towel and appropriate training attire.
For MMA:
Boxing Gloves ( for Sparring 16oz )
MMA/ Shooto Gloves
Shin Guards
Mouth Guard
Shorts with no zippers or Tights
NoGi
Rash Guard
Shorts with no zippers or Tights

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu ( GI )
A clean GI ( uniform )

We have a small shop where we sell some Training gear or we can order gear/ Clothing in for you.
Do I have to call or book in to try a class?
We understand that trying something new can be intimidating, so we make sure that everyone feels welcome in our gym. You don't need to contact us to try a class - just come in and have a go - but if you prefer to book in, talk to us on the phone or email us and we are more than happy to help.
