Membership Cancellation Request

Please note: submitting this form is a request to cancel, not a confirmation.
Your membership will only be cancelled once you receive written confirmation via email from us.
While we’re always sad to see a member leave, we truly appreciate the time you’ve spent training with us.

Please read the information below carefully, complete the form in full, sign, and submit.

A member of our team will be in touch via email within 7 days to confirm and finalise your cancellation request.
 We hope you’ve enjoyed being part of our community and would love to welcome you back in the future.

What You Need to Know Before Submitting Your Cancellation Request
30 days’ notice is required to cancel a membership, effective from the date this form is submitted.
This 30-day notice policy applies to all members from 1 January 2026, regardless of join date.
Your final membership fees will cover the 30-day notice period.
Your cancellation is not considered effective until you receive written confirmation from us via email.
You may continue to use the gym until the final day of your notice period.
Cancellation Terms & Conditions
We do not have lock-in contracts.
All membership fees payable during the 30-day notice period must be paid in full.
Any outstanding account balances must be settled before a cancellation can be completed.
Memberships with outstanding balances must be settled in full prior to rejoining in the future.
